Founded by Elliot Dryden, Ora Talent is a premium executive search partner dedicated exclusively to the global commodities sector. "Ora" derives from the Latin translation of edge, representing the advantage we set out to create for our clients - talent that drives them ahead of the curve.
Our Founder's Journey
Elliot built and led a successful commodities practice at a previous executive search firm, where he developed an extensive track record of advising clients on senior and critical hires across the front, middle, and back office. His experience spans trading, risk, analytics, operations, finance, compliance, and technology, supporting organisations at every stage of growth—from emerging platforms to established global leaders.
With mandates delivered across major commodities hubs worldwide, we combine global reach with sector-specific insight. Our approach is highly consultative, grounded in long-term relationships, and focused on understanding both the commercial objectives and cultural dynamics of each client.
